Our nine-month community-based leadership program is designed to connect and empower Shelby County business and community members, enhance their leadership skills, and inspire them to be active and informed community leaders.

Our alumni continue to serve the community as elected officials, non-profit directors, and community advocates to name a few.

As a 2012 graduate of LSC, I look forward to facilitating this outstanding program while continually learning in cooperation with a diverse group of community leaders here in Shelby County.
